Terms of use and service level agreement (SLA) for Chaspi Engineering OS

Legal and technical framework for AI compute tools, formulation and structural data review, engineering document confidentiality, CAT policy, and Chaspi cloud uptime commitments.

Definitions, CAT, and workspaces

Core concepts

In this agreement, the following technical and legal terms are defined consistently for Chaspi Engineering OS:

CAT (Token)

Standard unit for measuring compute consumption, molecular dynamics simulations, finite-element (FEM) solves, and AI analytical queries on Chaspi clusters.

Workspace

A secure, sandboxed, encrypted environment for organizing projects, chemical formulations, structural drawings, and sharing data among lab or engineering-office members.

Chaspi AI models

Specialized deep networks and ML algorithms trained on engineering codes, material geometry, and chemical behavior that accelerate analysis only as decision-support assistants.

Engineering input documents

All uploaded files including CAD/BIM drawings, technical datasheets (TDS/MSDS), thermal analysis spectra (DSC/TGA), and geotechnical load tables entered by the user.

Intellectual property, zero training, and data confidentiality

100% protection

Zero Training Policy — no model training on customer data

Chaspi Engineering OS legally guarantees that lab data, proprietary formulations, structural drawings, and project data will never be used for re-training, fine-tuning, or improving general AI models.

Full ownership of outputs: All results, output files, prediction graphs, suggested compositions, and optimization code belong 100% to the registering user or organization. Chaspi claims no copyright or commercial rights over them.

Encryption standards: All inputs and results are protected in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with chunked AES-256-GCM encryption in cloud storage.

AI compute and simulation liability

Engineering limits

Decision-support system — licensed engineer review required

Chaspi is an assistive compute tool for accelerating design and material behavior estimates. Results do not replace engineering judgment, field inspection, ASTM/ISO lab tests, or a licensed structural engineer’s seal.

Chaspi accepts no liability for errors from incorrect load assumptions, corrupted lab data, wrong environmental estimates, or direct/indirect damages from construction or production stoppages. Final application of results rests solely with the project executor.

Billing, wallet top-ups, and refunds

Financial clarity

Cloud usage is billed through CAT compute credits. Financial rules are as follows:

12-month CAT validity

Purchased tokens remain valid for 365 days after deposit; renewal reminders are sent 30 days before expiry.

Automatic credit on failure

If processing or rendering fails due to cloud-server error, deducted CAT is returned to the wallet immediately.

7-day cash refund

If less than 5% of a pack is consumed, you may cancel and receive a bank refund within 7 days.

* Official invoices: national ID / tax code registration and VAT invoices via the tax authority portal are supported.

Engineering SLA and uptime

99.9% uptime target

Chaspi’s cloud cluster commits to high uptime for construction businesses and industrial labs. Credits for downtime are defined below:

Security, Passkeys, and session management

FIDO2 / WebAuthn

Chaspi supports passwordless Passkey/FIDO2 and 2FA/TOTP. Users must protect login tokens and API keys physically and logically.

Abuse, audit, and termination

System oversight

To protect the cluster and all engineers, the following are clear violations and may lead to account suspension and legal action:

Attempts to reverse-engineer, extract weights, prompts, or internal logic of Chaspi deep-learning models.
Malicious scripts, DDoS / fake load attacks, or abnormal token use beyond allocated quotas.
Uploading malware, spyware, or documents that violate third-party privacy or data security.
